WHEN a dream became a reality for our family

Welcome to Graun Bee Company!  We are located in Petersburg, IL.  We supply local honey, apiary and beekeeping services to all of our friends in Menard County and surrounding areas including, but not limited to, Springfield, Rochester, Williamsville, Chatham and Greenview.  We hope you enjoy our story and our products.  

When we purchased our little homestead a few years ago we knew beekeeping was going to be at the top of our list.  We started out as hobby apiarists and have very much enjoyed the process of growing our hives and caring for our bees.  I am a registered Beekeeper with the State of Illinois thru the Department of Agriculture.   As we continue to grow our homestead we've added chickens, rabbits and a large garden.  Our passion has become bees and we have been so excited to be able to share our local honey with our community.
